Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Rolling Tide Jiu Jitsu, we are dedicated to providing world-class instruction and a consistent training environment for our members. To maintain these standards, we adhere to a strict No Refund policy.

1. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. This includes monthly membership dues, enrollment/sign-up fees, prepaid memberships, and special event registrations.

  • No refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for partial months or based on a student’s attendance.

2. Merchandise & Equipment

  • All sales of gear and apparel are final.

  • Exchanges: We allow exchanges for different sizes within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. Immediate Cancellation Policy

  • We believe in a transparent and hassle-free experience. You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • No Waiting Period: Cancellations are effective immediately upon receipt of your written request.

  • Once a cancellation is processed, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles. However, as all sales are final, any payments already processed prior to the cancellation request are non-refundable.
